As an experienced psychotherapist and workshop facilitator, I specialise in helping individuals break free from people-pleasing patterns and discover their authentic voice.

My goal is to empower you to:

Perhaps you have been thinking about having therapy for a while. Each of us has our own unique reasons for seeking professional help. Perhaps you are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed or stuck. Perhaps you are feeling resentful or angry, or finding it difficult to cope. Perhaps you have noticed you are afraid to say no and are always trying to keep others happy.

Indeed, I’ve noticed many people are so concerned about the opinions of others that they are afraid to be themselves. Whatever your reason for seeking therapy, I want to help. Drawing upon years of experience, my goal is to help you to feel worthy, confident and empowered.

I’ve noticed that when people gain insight and understanding about their situation, they can then start to develop new skills and tools to better manage their emotional well-being and life’s challenges.

If you haven’t worked with me before,  I offer introductory therapy sessions to get you started.

After your first session, you can choose to book a second one or explore a discounted package of four sessions if you’re considering ongoing therapy.

Introductory Therapy Session

I offer an introductory, 50-minute therapy session (phone or video) with no obligation to continue therapy.

This is an opportunity for you to tell me about your life situation and ask questions and we can explore how we might best work together.

If we feel comfortable to proceed, we can schedule a follow-up session where we will explore your challenges, hopes and dreams in more depth, and explore and focus how to work towards the changes you would like to see.

Regular Therapy Session

After first introductory therapy meeting, we will agree on a weekly day and time to meet and there will be a ‘working agreement’ for us both to sign before we begin. I understand that some people have irregular work patterns, so I will always work with you to find a mutually suitable arrangement.

Pack of 4 online therapy sessions

If you’re considering regular therapy sessions, we recommend booking a pack of four online sessions. ( Phone call or online video).

Standard therapy sessions (both second and ongoing) are £75 for 50 minutes.

We offer a discounted package of four sessions for £280 (a saving of £5 per session).
